How to Request Data Deletion
To initiate the deletion of your user data, including all content you have created:
Open the OverSoul app on your device.
Navigate to 'Settings' -> 'Account' -> 'Sign-In & Security'.
Choose 'Delete Account'.
Confirm the deletion.
Process of Data Deletion
Upon your confirmation of deletion, your user data and all associated content will be permanently and instantly deleted from our systems. Please note that this process is irreversible. Once your account and associated data are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
What Data is Deleted
The deletion will include all data associated with your account, including but not limited to:
Your profile information (e.g., name, email address, etc.).
Any photos, videos, and other media content you have created or uploaded.
Any posts made within the app.
Subscription and payment information related to your account.
Responsibility for Shared Content
If any of your content has been shared with or transferred to other users, or if it has been posted in publicly accessible areas of the app, these pieces of content may not be part of the account deletion process and may remain in the system. We encourage you to consider this before sharing or posting content within OverSoul.
Data Retention Before Deletion
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Following the deletion request, your data will be permanently removed from our active systems but may remain in our backup systems until cyclically deleted.
